Sean Carroll is a senior cybersecurity consultant with over 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, ranging from public sector infrastructure support to advanced breach response and digital forensics. His background spans incident recovery, cloud security architecture, and AI-enhanced threat detection, with technical proficiency in both Microsoft and AWS cloud environments.

Sean has successfully delivered cybersecurity training to over 11,000 employees at BC Hydro, supported compliance for critical infrastructure (NERC CIP), and led full lifecycle incident response for ransomware cases at CYPFER and London Drugs. He is also the former founder and operator of Techplus Consulting, a U.S.-based cybersecurity firm that served Fortune 500 and startup clients from 2014 to 2022.

He is now operating under a new sole proprietorship, Rebound Computer Solutions, focused on delivering responsive cybersecurity services, strategic remediation plans, and automated detection tools to small and mid-sized businesses across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
